Participants may choose to register as an “Advanced Researcher” in order to support participation from students from any institution who need financial assistance. The fee for advanced researcher registration is the combined fee for regular and student participation. Please contact Eleni Diamanti for further information.
Individuals requiring letters of invitation to obtain travel visas may contact Marc Kaplan with a scanned copy of your passport details page. You are also requested to chose the corresponding option in the registration form. As a rule, we will assist you to get a visa after you complete the registration with payment made.
