Qcrypt offered reduced fees for early registration by 04 August 2017. In addition there are also reduced fees for students, as shown below.

Owing to unprecedented demand for the dinner there are no longer any places available. We have thus reduced the cost of registration by £50 to reflect this change.

We realise that this is likely to disappoint those that have not yet registered.  We shall keep a  a reserve list just in case  there are any  cancellations.

If you wish to be placed on this list please email registration at qcrypt2017.org  quoting your Qcrypt booking reference.

Any available places will be offered for a £50 charge to those on the list on in the order in which they have registered.

There will be a number of activities available on the free afternoon. One of which is a trip to Bletchley Park, ‘once the top-secret home of the World War Two Codebreakers’.  Transport to the museum will be provided we must limit the number of participants to 50 on a first come first served basis. This option will incur a small additional charge.

Registration will only be via an on-line process. Payment is only accepted using major credit or debit cards.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to registration at qcrypt2017.org
• Cancellation requests received on or before Monday 28 August are fully refundable, less a processing fee of £50.00.
• No refunds will be administered after Monday 28 August.
• Substitutions will be permitted at no additional cost provided notification is sent to registration at qcrypt2017.org prior to the event start date.
